Well I suppose I wear gutties then. Although I'm partial to a pair of thigh-high boots of a Wednesday evening.

I still wear my trusty para boots, complete with chunky purple laces on occasion, otherwise it depends on the weather or my mood..............could be gutties, could be slipons, could be trainers.

Always black though - and never, ever sandals
my little trotters weren't meant to be seen in open toed footwear

Doc Marten shoes bought cheaply off ebay...nice and comfy & broken in very quickly...

Also wear baffies in hot & dry weather, but it is rather wet & windy today so the Docs are on...

I had a new pair of trainers which I foolishly left on the back door step
last tuesday.

The following morning, one had vanished. In it's place was a small vixen turd!

By thursday morning the foxes had got the other one...b*stards!!

Anyone else been the victim of vulpine footwear theft??

my dad used to have similar problems with his shoes - fox turds carefully laid into his work shoes. He hated foxes after it happened the first time. He could never understand me when I became a hunt sab

but that was in Croydon.......up here in Birmingham, the foxes aren't quite so vindictive

...its summer, so its sandals...well, actually a mixed bag of sandals, flip-flops, and recently, a nice lime green pair of those dinky little crocs, which I'm happy to use and endorse, 'cos they're great...

...in cooler weather its usually trainers or walking boots...
