If you're referring to 70's stuff, then I have quite a bit of Amon Duul II,
some of it great, some of it not quite so.
Worth a bit of money some of their albums though.
Like Eloy a lot, if you class them as Krautrock.
Also, Nektar were always labelled as Krautrock, even though Roy Albrighton was from Cov. Got quite a bit of their stuff too.
Are Scorpions Krautrock? - liked some of their earlier stuff, before they turned into rock ballad merchants.
Current Kraut likes - Everon

Music is the best...............

Can, Faust, Harmonia, Amon Duul II, Brainticket (though not strictly Kraut), Neu!, La Dusseldorf and many others. A wonderful and ageless genre. Also check out Magma and Shub Niggurath. Not classically Krauty but still brill.
Like Amon Duul II...but not sure about the others...

Amon Duul II were the most rockist of the lot. Do you know the other bands or just not convinced?

i think the best ones i've heard so far (that are non-prog) are Brainticket and Algarnas Tradgard but neither are german so...

As you like Brainticket, I can only guess you've heard the magnificent Cottonwoodhill. There's nothing like it.
Here's a great Krautrock resource:
Martin Pruckner's Germanrock

Thanks a billion for the link - this will do me for a lifetime!!
No probs, mate. It's a good site, huh? I very luckily stumbled across it one day by accident.
Now. Are you telling me that NWW covered Brainticket?

What is it on? I have to have it.
